Possibility of having a block of global rescue valid throughout the deployment method

Currently, a rescue unit is called on each step, which can make the deployment method more cumbersome​.

In some cases, it is more appropriate to have an overall rescue activity that applies to the entire deployment method.​​

Then, in the rescue activity itself, we can put in place the conditions for the activities/actions/steps carried out to manage rollback for example

    With the latest release of Wazi Deploy 3.0.6, we have now shipped this capability. See the What's New page - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/developer-for-zos/17.0.x?topic=deploy-whats-new-in-wazi - specifically this part:


    The rescue deployment instruction can be inserted at the root level of the deployment method. For more information, see The deployment method.
