Allow user builds to run inside a container

With the introduction of native container images for z/OS (z/OS Container Platform) it only makes sense to package Java, DBB and the build scripts (zAppBuild or self-written) into an image to use it across different builds.

Today, IDz supports starting user builds from IDz by executing a command in USS to groovy. This idea suggests that it should be possible for IDz to a) start the build inside an image and b) make sure that the necessary artifacts are available to the image (using volumes) and c) extract the outputs to provide user feedback in IDz.

In practice this would mean that instead of specifying a build script and working directory, one would specify the container image specification (repository/name/tag).

A prerequisite enhancement to this idea is: DBB-I-65: Package DBB as a z/OS Container image

This idea references both, the Eclipse version of IDz and the VS Code extension.
