option to always check "Discover the pending changes to load for building x" in User Build

When opening the User Build dialog, we see an option on the second page called "Discover the pending changes to load for building x".
We would like a preference to set the default value of this option, so that when the preference is true, this "discover" option would be checked by default.
This would allow always automatically discovering pending changes to load for user builds, instead of always having to go on the second page to check it.

    Hi IDz development team, customer let us know they want to increase this Idea priority to high : indeed, opening the "User Build" dialog reveals an option on the second page titled "Discover the pending changes to load for building..."
    This design choice presents genuine difficulties for users—issues that have been reported to support teams across various sectors—as people simply do not understand why their modified local copy is not included by default.
    Furthermore, trainers find this feature cumbersome to explain during training sessions, as it lacks logical consistency.
