Add a link between the artifact and the step result in the evidence file

The step_result field in the evidence file for the MEMBER_COPY, SEQUENTIAL_COPY, MEMBER_ARCHIVE and SEQUENTIAL_ARCHIVE steps currently don’t include a field that represent the element being deployed. It only appears as part of the copy command. We’re trying to parse the evidences to produce a summary report for our devs, and having the name or path of the element in a standalone field in the step results would really help make this simple.

Currently, I must manually match the element in the artifacts list with it’s corresponding step_result to have the complete data, so its origin path, its type, where its being deployed, and the return code for the copy of that specific element.
