Fix HLASM line continuation detection issue in MortgageApplication sample shipped with DBB

The HLASM parser fails to correctly capture the line continuation when using IBM Z Open Editor to view the epsmort.bms file (lines 24-27) of the MortgageApplication sample shipped with DBB, and marks it as a code warning. See lines 24-28 of the attached screenshot, which contains the following additional testing that seems to demonstrate inconsistent behavior:

  • Test 1 (lines 29-33): If I remove the end quote of the string in one of the continuation lines, the warning goes away (although I feel a missing quote might be another separate issue...).
  • Test 2 (lines 34-37): If I start the INITIAL string in the first line and keep the end quote on the continuation line, the warning also goes away.
  • You can find a copy of the MortgageApplication sample code either in the DBB 3.0.x install folder (if you have it on your z/OS), or the online copy here in the DBB community repo: https://github.com/IBM/dbb/blob/main/zBuilder/MortgageApplication/bms/epsmort.bms#L24-L27
