Use Gitlab as Artifact Repository for wazideploy

We use actually Nexus as artifact repo to store our Build Results. During the Deployment process wazideploy-generate downloads the tarballs from Nexus and generates the deployment Plan an all other files we need.

The Build Pipelines generate a tarball with the z/OS Artifacts to deploy to the runtime environments. This tarballs are actually uploaded to the nexus artifact repos. Later on during the deployment process the tarballs with the artifacts are downloaded from nexus by the wazideploy-generate command.

We want to migrate from Nexus to Gitlab Package registry as artifact repository.

That means we want to store the artifact tarballs in gitlab and we want to download them with wazideploy-generate from the Gitlab Package registry.

Please add Gitlab as possible third artifact repository.
