Ability to reference package manifest / deployment_plan dictionary in deployment configuration

As of today, the deployment_plan dict can be leveraged in Jinja2 templates.

It would be beneficial if Wazi Deploy would allow referencing metadata from package manifest via the deploymant_plan also in the building block configurations - for instance to implement a token replacing logic to set application name, branch, git commit via the deployment_plan.manifests.name or deployment_plan.manifests.annotations.scmInfo.branch references.

In general allowing to reference a variable from the deployment plan within the entire deployment configuration.
