Add listener to Remote Syntax Check cancel button

When requesting a remote syntax check for programs within a CVS project, it seems like the cancel button does not work.

What's really happening is if pressing cancel while synchronizing the files, RD/z will finish the synchronization but does not submit the syntax check. If pressing cancel during the syntax check, RD/z will cancel the job that was submitted to the host.

Please add a listener on the cancel button to activate it when it can actually cancel the function.

    Today, when the user presses the Cancel button when doing remote syntax check, the operation is cancelled on the client side, i.e the UI will not proceed with other steps that it typically goes thru. The job though is already submitted and we do not purge or cancel the job - but that will not have any impact on the UI - is that sufficient to satisfy the requirement ?

    This feature request is within the scope of RDz and will be considered for a release with the next two years.
