Allow selective download of specific PDS/PDSE members from the Zowe Resources Table View

Currently, when browsing a PDS or PDSE library in the Z/OS Resources Table View of Zowe Explorer for VS Code, users can view the full list of members and the UI already supports multi-selection via checkboxes.

 However, despite the selection capability being present, there is no option to download the selected members to the local filesystem.

The proposed enhancement would allow users to:

  1. Open a PDS/PDSE library in the Z/OS Resources Table View
  2. Select one or more members using the existing checkboxes
  3. Right-click or use a toolbar button to trigger a "Download selected members" action
  4. Choose a local target folder where all selected members are saved as individual files

This would be especially useful when working with large libraries  where a user needs to extract only a specific subset of members for local editing, backup, or migration purposes, without having to open and manually save each one.
