Comment-Support for Structure-Variables (in BMS Map Editor)

Currently, in the BMS Map Editor, there is no comment support for the structure root itself nor for its element variables. Just simple variables are supported.

In SDF one can define comments for the structure itself and the lementary variables within such a structure. We do use that!

In addition, when trying to change an existing comment for a simple variable (i.e. double-click on field), the comment text displayed starts with a leading asterisk!
