The EST (DFHWS2LS) in Rational Developer for System Z (RDZ) v. 7.5.1 does not support the Catalog.xml standard.

The Catalog.xml standard enables you to use URI rewriting when XML Schema resolution is taking place. This enables you to have a common place where you store XML Schema files, that must be shared across several Enterprise Service Tools projects. The schemas do not have to be in the same folder.
The use of Catalog.xml is enabled via the xml preferences in RDZ / Eclipse. The Catalog.xml should also work for WSDL files, which is not the case today in both Eclipse (v3.4 and v.3.5) and RDZ
v. 7.5.1.

The pre requisite feature in the runtime tools (CICS) has been rejected. RDz can no longer implement this feature due to the feature this dependency.

The RDz feature will require a pre-requisite new feature in the runtime tools (DFHWS2LS job in CICS) so a companion requirement will need to be opened for the CICS TS product.

Resolution may require a pre-requisite new feature in the runtime tools (DFHWS2LS job in CICS).
    We are continuing to investigate.
