Allow control of margins and fonts when printing out JES output

When trying to print job output data from SDSF you can bring up the
output in RDz. This output is 133 characters wide. When you attempt
to print it there is no way to change the margins or shrink the size of
the text so that the output can be printed on paper without it wrapping
the output. There needs to be a print preview option and a way to
change the font and margin sizes so that SDSF output can be printed to
the printer in a readable format.

    While eclipse may do the printing, I believe there are options you can send to control the printing. Lotus Notes (another IBM product) is built on eclipse and when I do a CNTL+P to print I get many options to control the printing.

    Print function comes from Base Eclipse and RDz cannot provide customizations on top of it to handle this request.
