RDz does not support creation of dataset filter with double asterisk

RDz does not support creation of dataset filter with double asterisk '**'. If the user enters data set name filter such as XHU5002.**.HUNK*.*, RDz issue this message "Invalid data set name pattern".
The new requirement is for RDz support the use of double asterisk '**' in the data set name pattern as well as return the same results as ISPF.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for System z

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for System z

Please take a look at the proposed solution below and let us know if acceptable. Thanks

The solution will be to support "**" as same as the ISPF, where "**" represents 0 or more qualifiers.

The behavior of the "*" will not be changed, so it is different from the ISPF, where "*" represents a single qualifier or a part of a single qualifier.

e.g. Assume there are A.D, A.B.D and A.B.C.D. The following table shows what patterns match what data sets in the RDz and the ISPF.
    RDz ISPF
    ----------------------------------
    A.**.D A.D A.D
    A.B.D A.B.D
    A.B.C.D A.B.C.D
    ------------------------------------
    A.*.D A.B.D A.B.D
    A.B.C.D
