RDz character string search takes too much time. performance should be enhanced to get closer to ISPF search.

RDz character string search takes too much time. performance should be enhanced to get closer to ISPF search.

To get an idea, searching a text only present in the last source in a z/OS dataset with 10000 cobol sources, takes 48 sec with ISPF 3.14 and 9 minutes with RDz.

The index solution is the proposed solution so far but
- it takes a very long time
- it is not shared among developers (not centralized)
- it is not automatically updated at each change.

The customer for which i'm opening the RFE could accept this solution if the "common central" index could be refreshed automatically each time a source is saved in the PDS.
