Push to client support is needed for "local" z/OS project property groups

We are looking into introducing a “modern” toolchain including IDz – git – IBM DBB... and are now working with a POC.
If the POC is successful it could in the future replace our existing “toolchain” that completely resides on z/OS.
When we work with the git managed source in IDz we use local “z/OS Projects”.
It is impossible to move everything to git in a big-bang, so for a long time we will work in parallel with git and our old SCLM system on z/OS, so they need to co-exist in a good way.

When a “git user” works with a local “z/OS Project” and set up the property group that should be used, we want to support the user with a template that contains a SYSLIB definition with all needed copy libraries we use on z/OS.

We would like to centrally maintain the template and distribute it to clients using push to client
But I have now discovered that local property groups not can be exported to a z/OS connection to later be pushed out to clients.

This is a RFE for IDz to be able to use push to client for local “z/OS Project” property groups.
