Selecting 'cache size' in FM

Currently, the only cache size is 100 records, so you can scroll from record #1 to record #100. If you want to see record 150, you need to perform 'LOCATE 150', or 'LOCATE 101' go get next 100 records. This is request to be able to specify cache size, including 'ALL'.

As of RDz 8.0.3 the FMI (File Manager Integration) functionality officially migrates into the IBM File Manager plug-in. The IBM File Manager plug-in is available for download at http://www-01.ibm.com/software/awdtools/deployment/pdtplugins/ as part of purchase of IBM File Manager. The FMI functionality included in RDz 8.0.3 will no longer be enhanced with all future enhancements delivered via the IBM File Manager plug-in. This requirement has been opened with the PD Tools (File Manager) team for review. Please refer to the FITS Requirement # MR0916116428 for more information.
