IDz Host Connection Emulator - allow mapping of Insert key

Users of IDz on macOS have no way to toggle Insert mode using Host Connection Emulator, because Apple does not support the Insert key. There is no Insert key on Apple keyboards, and the operating system even hides the key event from external third-party keyboards.

IDz HCE has no mapping for the "[insert]" function, in the same way that Host-on-Demand or Personal Communications does. This means that users can not even remap the function to another keystroke.

The "Insert" key also does not appear in the "button bar" that can be displayed below the HCE terminal screen.

Adding this key mapping ability not only helps macOS users, who have no other way to access the Insert function, but could also be a convenience to users of other operating systems who prefer a different keystroke.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. At this time we have no plans to address this request within the next two years, please feel free to resubmit in the next year or so for our consideration. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
