'Support Error Feedback' contradictory messages

When I use ELAXFCOP PROC and check 'Support Error Feedback' box, the message tell me that operation can not be performed because error feedback is not supported when either the DB2 pre-compiler or
CICS translator option is set. But when I deselect the option I am getting message 'The property group associated with the
resource does not have Support Error Feedback option selected. Modify the property group and try again.'

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. This request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and for this reason, we will not be implementing it. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
