Support input dataset informaiton for file transfer in RDz

Now RDz can only allow casual file transfer between host and PC by simple drag & drop (or copy & paste). We hope RDz to enhance to support the following file transfer option:

- Allow user to specific mainframe dataset information (e.g. record length, record format, allocation unit, block size) when copying a file from PC to mainframe.
