Ability to specify a template for a Job Card with the Endevor plugin

The CA Endevor API has a Submit Package action and this is what we use. CA Endevor is the one that requires the jobcards and CA Endevor uses them to submit the job.
With the batch support for the element actions, the RDz Endevor RAM takes the templates and modify them and then the RDz Endevor RAM submits the job using the JCL that results from the transformed templates.

What we are asking for is as follows:

- The ability to specify a template for the jobcard
- For the RDz Endevor RAM to transform the jobcard template and place the resulting transformed jobcard in a temporary location
- For the RDz Endevor RAM to invoke the CA Endevor API with the transformed jobcard

The implementation of this new capability would require us to allocate a new temporary dataset (in a manner similar to the other temporary datasets) that would hold the transformed jobcards. This would allow them to have a single jobcard template for all of the users and the RDz Endevor RAM would place the transformed jobcard into the temporary dataset and pass the temporary dataset to the CA Endevor API instead of the jobcard template. The RDz Endevor RAM would treat the jobcard template as read-only and the jobcard template would not be modified.
