Allocate Like : reuse the PDS name

When you use the "Allocate Like" function, it should be very useful for the productivity increase to propose the name of the dataset which is the model for the allocation. Like this, the user does not need to retype all the qualifiers (most of the time, the name is very similar due to an HLQ which is longer than 1 level)

    Product family - Programming Languages

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid.
