Notification on reason for menu options being disabled in RDz

Hello,

We have found that when certain real-time errors are present some menu items are disabled.

It would be nice if a change could be made so that all options that would normally be available still are availabe regardlesws of any errors; the main problem is that there is nothing to indicate that the hierarchy option is not available because of the error.

Our developers find having options on sometime and off at other times with no reason presented as to why is confusing and causes them to try and randomly correct errors until they find the one causing the disabling of the option.

So, we are requesting the following changes:
1. Have the real-time editor warning and messages appear in either the 'Problems' or 'Remote Error List' tabs.

2. Besides listing the error itself, we would like an additional column that will indicate if the error is disabling any feature.

The preference would be for the message to actually list the specific options that are being disabled by the error, but at least an indicator that somehting is being disabled would be a good start.

    We are rejecting this RFE as we can only partially deliver on the request. (1) At this time we have no plans to populate the remote error list with real-time syntax validations as that is the job of the local syntax check or build operation. Real-time syntax check will continue to only display in the editor.
    (2) We intend to mark errors and warnings differently in the real-time syntax validator. Errors would indicate items which disable the tooling features and warnings would allow the tooling to continue to function. If you wold like to create a separate RFE for tracking the errors vs. warnings in the editor feel free to resubmit a specific RFE for that purpose.
