A syntax check to alert developers when things are in ?A? that should be in ?B?.

I was assisting a developer in trying to figure out why his content assist was not working for anything in his PROCEDURE DIVISION. After compiling the code, the compiler stated that all of his PROCEDURE level code, was not in area B (he had them in area A). Once all the statements where shifted to the right into Area B, the content assist started working great. The syntax check we would like is to alert the developer when things are in ?A? that should be in ?B? (and the other way around).
