RDz Menu Manager, JCL Substitution uppercasing mixed case variable values

Environment Details:
RDz 8.0.3

Customer Impact:
Menu Manager can not handle mixed case variable values in $input

Customers Problem Description:
The customer needs to submit JCL that contains mixed case variable names and also standard (required) upper case variables.

Location of files not able to attach to work item:
MVS08 USER184.PMRS.JCL(DEPLOY)

Recreation Steps:
Import attached imssoapstg.xml

Expected Behavior:
Allow mixed case variable values for $input as whell as retaining the behavior to force uppercase variable values to keep current behavior.

Part 1: Base Menu Manager (MM) needs to support a new optional parameter to indicate whether or not to auto-uppercase variable values(default, current behaviour), or leave as-is. This parameter should apply to all MM variables, not just the prompt ones.
Part 2: All who contribute contexts to base Menu Manager that implement the variable substitution extension would need to now need to handle this new option
