Endevor - CCID selection screen

Using RDz Carma Endevor interface
We would like a drop down in the CCID when submtting an Endevor request. The CCID should be linked to the Description and bring that in automaticly. A one to one relationship should exist.
Two options as to how this could be done. First and preferred: access an excl table that has both the CCID and Description as part or all of the table. Pull these values into the drop down. We should be able to update the xcel table either in or outside of RDz, it doesn't matter. Second: retain the last 15 CCID's and descriptions. Do the pull down as indicated above. Once selected, I should also be able to change the description in the endevor option screen without affecting the CCID or generic description in the table or pull down. This shouldn't make any changes to the existing tables and drop downs. If using the last 15 method we need to be able to delete or remove one of the last 15 (our choice which one) out of the table, making the number 14. If a 16th one is entered, of course deleting the oldest would make since.

Thank you for taking the time to submit an enhancement for IBM Developer for z/OS. Customer input is invaluable to our products and many new functions and enhancements result from feedback. All input is very important to us to improve and server our customers.

We realize this Request for Enhancement has been in our backlog for quite some time and it is currently still not in our roadmap for the next two years. Instead of keeping it indefinitely in our backlog we have decided to respond with a decline.

If you would like to discuss this decision in more detail please reach our to Joy Spohn (joys@us.ibm.com). Or, you can resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration. Thank you again for your suggestion.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational

Product - Developer for System z
