RSE 'Compare with each other' - ignore data in pos. 73-80 (as an option)

In RSE I select two programs and perform 'compare with each other'. The window shows me two programs side by side and differences between. We are using Endevor as a source repository. Endevor inserts data (basically program number and some statistics) in pos. 73-80. If data in pos.73-80 is different, RDz will mark all the lines (or block of lines) as a difference where indeed there are no differences in code itself. Pos. 73-80 is not used by compiler and therefore should not be included in comparison either.

    Could you please update the 'headline' since I can't to 'RSE 'Compare with each other' - adding 'Column restricted comparison' option? We are requesting to add an option to specify starting and ending positions in 'compare with each other'. The same way it is done in 'LPEX editor', 'Compare' - this option is called 'Column restricted comparison'. If not possible to change headline, I will create another RFE. Please let me know. Thanks.

    To update: We really would like, if possible, to be able to do 'masking', to select the starting and ending positions to compare. This option is offered in LPEX editor and we would like to see it here as well.
