UPDATE DATAGRP NAME(datagrpname) STOP(UPDATES)

The UPDATE DATAGRP NAME(datagrpname) STOP(UPDATES) command should enable stopping updates for a whole group of databases with one command. This should be also possible with a DBD DATAGRP datagrpname command.

This RFE is the result of PMR 34940,077,724. The PMR was opened because Knowledge Center documentation tells that UPDATE DATAGRP NAME(datagrpname) STOP(UPDATES) is already supported, but this was a documented wrongly. Actually there is no support for the STOP(UPDATES) key word.

After a comprehensive review, we regret to inform you that we have determined that at this time this request will not be a candidate for inclusion in an upcoming release because request has a high implementation cost with a low relative value.
