Enable support for OSGI Type 2 for the IMS DL1 driver to work with CICS

Ability to run, batch, realtime and CICS transactions using Java with IMS DL1 driver. Customer wants flexibility to run both OSGI and Liberty JVMs, depending on functionality to ensure quickest performance. They primarily use Type 2, but would use type 4, if overall peformance and MIPS reduction was better
