Maintain good compression ratio for insert after load in BLU automatcially without unload and reload

We usually insert data to the same table daily and may be housekeep data from the table daily after retention period.
Update will be less frequent but we found that update in column-organized table takes very long time due to the insert+delete operations behind. That's another issue.

I have requested to file a RFE in TS002608905, as we expect that data insert to a existing table can obtain a better compression ratio automatically rather than need to unload and reload to rebuild the dictionaries by ourselves.
We used SAP IQ before and there was no such space problem. We did not need to unload and reload the data in IQ to cater for the space. So we expect that we do not need to do this as well in DB2. Thanks.

    Hello. This RFE was opened against IMS, but I believe it was meant for Db2? If so, RFEs/Ideas for Db2 should be submitted via the Analytics Ideas Portal that can be accessed at the following link: https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.aha.io/
