Add a control option to skip failed elements to DFS3ID00 (zDDL Utility)

For users who are using managed ACB, DFS3UACB(/DFS3PU00) handles failed elements like this:

It issues "DFS4470E GSAM DBD DRZ0030 NOT IN DBDLIB. BLDL RC = 4. DBD AND REFERENCING PSBS WERE NOT ADDED TO THE CATALOG." and continues processing the remaining elements.

DFS3ID00 (zDDL Utility) ends in error and reverts all changes within the running job, which might be hindering in automated processes and an option to skip the failed element and continue anyway would be helpful (perhaps with a RC>0 to check on it).

    Hi Harun,

As per our email exchange, we are accepting this Idea and putting it on our backlog. But as agreed by you in the email, the best we can offer is if you have multiple commit scopes, then to skip the commit scope with the error and continue processing in the next commit interval. Please note that Items in our backlog are expected to be delivered within the next 18 months. We reserve the right to re-prioritize our backlog items as new requests come in. This helps ensure that we are constantly focused on providing the best value to all of our clients.
    Have a great day!
