Return a status code when Application dose not using XDFLD in SSA

If program is using a PCB with PROCSEQ= , but the SSA coded in program is not the name of INDEX coded in LCHILD defined in the DBD of the secondary index .

Instead , user coded the SSA names defined in the DBD of the primary DB.

So the result is that IMS will scan the secondary DB and will cause poor performance.

The new requirement is , If users have assumed the programs are about to use secondary index (PROCSEQ= ) , but due to mistake to code 'incorrect' SSA mentioned above .

IMS should return a status code to indicate the mistake.

    Dear Mr. Tsai:

    Thank you for submitting this IMS enhancement request.
    After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it is not consistent with the product architecture and our strategy for future releases.

    As a consequence we have, unfortunately, rejected this request.
