Add support for jwt between IMS Explorer Client and IMS Connect for Transaction Test Projects

When using for example OTP (one time password) as a method for MFA, that is a requirement in many organizations, to logon RSE etc. Each task/service require a separate logon with a separate OTP, some services does not even support OTP. As an example, Tuning service require user to override password with an OTP, then they can logon and being prompted for OTP for RSE, then each Db2 subsystem, and then another if using for example IMS transaction test project. This is cumbersome and error prone for the user more often than not resulting in revoked credentials if a step is missed.

We propose using jwt from SAF as a common standard way of logging on, issued by example RSE on first logon and then reused by other components, much like DPS (Debug Profile Service) is today.

This idea is raised for IMS explorer since each component need to implement jwt to gain full value in the user experience. In some case the backend support is already there and only need IDz client support, in other cases both client and server need to implement jwt support. Same idea is added for IDz components (IDZ-I-2324). More components could be affected like CICS and MQ but this are the one present in our shop and needed.
