Semantic Address Location

IMS SOAP Support has to support a port address location with the following semantic in case of call-in (IMS provider):
The address is a standard http(s) URL:
• Protocol, host and port have to be ignored by IMS SOAP Support, i.e. the values have to be irrelevant.
• File part of URL can be used by IMS SOAP Support as a configuration item. However, if there is an option that also the file part is ignorable by IMS SOAP Support this would help to simplify the deployment process. In this case the endpoint is completely given through a configuration and not the WSDL file (for example: https://localhost:7001/services/MyWsdl_1)

IMS SOAP Support has to support a port address location with the following semantic in case of call-out (IMS consumer):
• Location can be overwritten through a configuration item at WSDL registration time. This is used to deploy the same WSDL for different environments without the need of changing the WSDL.
