DRF - avoid S878 abend in IB by reducing the number of sort processes per IB main job

The customer have been having frequent S878 abends in DRF recovery job during DR exercises when Index Builder is invoked.

The idea is to divide the HALDB PRIMARY INDEX and ILDS construction into two separate IB jobs, the number of sort processes per IB main JOB can be reduced. This functionality is not available in DRF but I'd like to request to extend DRF functionality to provide a new DRF option to schedule multiple IB jobs for a single DB by splitting the IB Job for each IB option.
