IMS DRD Security Interface

Currently we have an IMS Installation that has multiple distinct clients. We would like to use DRD to define IMS resources (Transactions, DB etc.), however we require a security interface such that each client can only create or modify resources that they have access to. Each of our client applications are unique by the first 4 characters of the resource name. As well, each client group has their own specific RACF groups. We are using IMSV12 and to enable this in our environment would require a specific CSL exit. We would like to avoid an exit and would appreciate it if the security could be managed through RACF, similar to the way that we can control access to IMS Transactions and commands using RACF. A separate resource class could be defined that would allow individual profiles for each ims system, resource and application group or client.
