We need the ability for the IMPORT DEFN(CATALOG) command to dynamically determine which OPTION to use (UPDATEPSB/REFRESHPSB) and not rely on the customer/user to make that determination.

    This RFE has been delivered via IMS service process. The APARs offered the support are PI 83015 v15.
