SLDSREAD to retry automatically on secondary dataset

Testing the new feature SLDSREAD on IMS v11 and we have found a situation that we think is not correct. IMS always tries to mount the primary SLDS dataset even though it has an i/o error, it has been deleted or it has been marked in error. Several tests done, like: Marking in error the primary SLDS dataset. Changing the primary SDLS primary dataset in RECON Overwriting the primary SLDS dataset by PS dataset. Overwriting the primary SLDS dataset by PO dataset. Deleting the primary SLDS dataset. (All these tests can be seen in pmr: 59248,200,838.) In all cases no attempt to use / read the secondary SLDS dataset was done. At the end, customer got as an answer to their concern / tests: �The current SLDSREAD feature is not designed to work with secondary SLDS as you found out. If you want the secondary SLDS to be used when primary SLDS is in error, please submit a market change requirement. We will review it and consider to enhance in future IMS version.� Customer wants that the new feature SLDSREAD, works in the same way than DBRC does, it means, if primary SLDS datasets, Image Copy datasets, etc. are unable to be read or have been marked in error by customer for any reason, the secondary ones will automatically be used by this feature.
