Command for programs on PWFI regions to be refreshed.

Programs that are loaded on a MPR which has the PWFI parameter set to YES are not refreshed till the program is unscheduled by operator command. No simple way to do it as MPR regions with PWFI set to YES not easily identified. Today, most of our data is accessed in a 24X7 basis. This means that, in practice, application changes could occur at any time and we cannot delay them. Data integrity exposures may be an issue if the program does not refresh at a given moment in all regions (both PWFI and non-PWFI). Applications can end abnormally if program changes are not done within a time frame. There may be data integrity exposures if the program does not refresh at the same time in all regions. We need a way to unschedule programs that are scheduled on MPR regions with PWFI set to YES to guarantee application changes are applied. May be a sort of �/RST REG PWFI ALL� or "/RST REG x PWFI. This is the same as the zBLC requirement: ILAC0711-1424 also from la Caixa and MR1125032612 from Generali.
