Write SMF Performance Information from IMS JVMs

It is requested that IMS JAVA cuts JAVA Performance Information (thread, GC, JIT information) and writes this data into a log, SMF preferred. Data should be gathered using standard JMX / Mbeans.
* It is required that the implementation is configurable in terms of what components within the JVM are gathering and writing to the log
* Configuration should be possible to be tailored per IBM region. It would be nice to have LPAR wide defaults one can override with address space specific settings.
*it is not required that one can reconfigure JMX / SMF configuration on the fly. It is sufficient if its picked up at address space restart
* It is at this point not required that z/OS specific SMF accounting data is cut to SMF
* the solution should be configurable and extendable to allow adding custom providers/MBeans
