IMS "/MODIFY PREPARE ACBLIB" : transactions modified are refused to enter IMS

Between the "/MODIFY PREPARE ACBLIB" and the "/MODIFY COMMIT", the messages for the transactions related to the PSBs modified by the change are refused to enter IMS (message DFS3470). They ought to be accepted and suspend until the "/MODIFY COMMIT".

    Dear Mr. Arnulf:

Thank you for submitting this IMS enhancement request.
After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it is not consistent with the product direction. IMS will be moving away towards making dynamic changes and eliminating online change (OLC). As a consequence we have, unfortunately, rejected this request.

We appreciate your input to the IMS development team. We also hope that you will continue to submit ideas for improvements as customer feedback is a key component to shaping the future direction of IMS.

    Sincerely,
    Jeff Fontaine
