* selection for Dictionary API

Require a name extraction API from the new Dictionary (replacement for ACBLIB).
The current API allows extraction of IDBD and IPSB defined database and program specifications.
In addition to this we require a API that allows all or some information about the DBD and PSB names that are defined in the Dictionary. (Metadata) The API should work under an ISPF environment and should return member attributes such as Date stored, Date modified, User, SIize. The API should be able to define DBD or PSB names and have a generic (*) capability that allows all or subsets of names to be specified.
