Total business impact during an IMS autoshutdown due to filling SMSGQ.We could decide whether process or not remote message

We would like to have an option to discard the remote pending messages that arrive to the IMS through the MSC Links in case of an automatic IMS shutdown. Our first option would be to have a new parameter (that we would fix during the start of an IMS) from where we could choose the behavior of the IMS in case of automatic stop and, specifically, to have an option to get rid of the remote messages. In others words, make the IMS behave in this case as if it would have received a /CHE FREEZE command. The aim of this option is to perform a quicker stop of the IMS.
