Transaction and Timestamp for COBOL DISPLAYS in IMS TM

Add IMS transaction code and timestamp (date and time) to output generated by COBOL DISPLAYs, similar to the CICS environment. When a COBOL DISPLAY is invoked in the CICS environment, the data passed to the DISPLAY command is prefxed on output to CEEMSG sysout with the CICS transaction code and the timestamp.

For example, given a COBOL program executing in CICS under a transaction code ABCD, and executing in an IMS MPR under a transaction code of ABCDEFGH, the following illustrates the difference between CICS and IMS, along with the desired results in IMS:

COBOL Program: DISPLAY 'some text'

CICS CEEMSG output: ABCD 20160322012405 some text

Current IMS SYSOUT: some text

Desired IMS SYSOUT: ABCDEFGH 20160322012405 some text
