Silo-off reports by Application and only allow READ access to that silo for a subset of those Application users without them having access to any other options in the Web Reporter

Provide the capability to be able to silo-off reports by Application and only allow READ access to that silo for a subset of those Application users without them having access to any other options in the Web Reporter. We have a number of Clients running in our Mainframe environment (in a single SYSPLEX) and each Application has a different set of reporting requirements. The ability to create specific Application Silo in the Web Reporter for each Application and then grant only READ access to that Application Silo for specific users of that Application would be much more efficient/effective/timely than sending out scheduled reports via email (as there can be delays/interruptions to email services).  If this capability/option is to be made available, it would also be nice to see the access granted to this Application Silo at a GROUP rather than individual level - for example "Application 1" silo access would be granted to a Group called 'APSILO1'. The group 'APSILO1' would then be defined in the Web reporter to have users like John Smith, Jane Brown and David Zed. This would make granting/removing/updating access to these Application Silos easier.
