Need R723MCDE field available in Vision reporting so people can more easily understand why a given report class exists

R723MCDE is a 32-character field in the IBM z/OS System Management Facility (SMF) records that contains the descriptive name for a Workload Manager (WLM) Service or Report Class. It explicitly appears in SMF Type 72 Subtype 3 records to help map performance data to human-readable names.  It can be used to describe a report class more clearly than is possible in the maximum of 8 characters available in the name field.  We have almost 1300 report classes, and the names mean nothing to most people.  The description being available in reporting would help that, for when people look at canned reports by report classes or roll their own
