Intellimagic with AI to report on Application online and NSPs with Application Transaction SLO/SLA maximum TPS and determine response time to understand if knee of curve regarding when degraded response time kicks inefore in on Ap

Why is it useful?

  • Determine whether degraded response time occurs before or beyond SLO/SLA maximum TPS limit

Who would benefit from it?

  • All Mainframe Intellimagic customers

How should it work?

  • Also include maximum reported TPS with response time that maybe higher or lower than SLO/SLA limits
  • Also determine RCA if response time is degraded that maybe logical limitations of application, subsystem component performance issues or infrastructure performance/capacity
  • Worthwhile to report on CPU time to online or NSP transaction to see of application has undergone a program change that has altered the online/NSP transaction CPU profile and thus altering performance and response time behavior.
