Allowing ordering/download of specific FMIDS from a Software bundle

Software bundles group a number of related software products into a single orderable item. This can be problematic when only some of the FMIDs are required.

Example:
IBM Z Mgmt-Suite [5698-018] contains 35 FMIDS, including the Omegamon products, Netview & SAz/OS and TADZ. These product sets are managed by different teams and we want to install them in their own zones, so they can be managed by the appropriate staff.  In this case, we end up with multiple orders for the same software package, as different times, and then go through the same process to delete the unwanted FMIDS.

Here, some of these software products are managed in the main z/OS global zone to ensure they are on the same maintenance cycles, and this making things more complicated.

Example:
When ordering the main z/OS upgrade (eg 2.5 to 3.1, or 3.1 to 3.2) there are multiple FMIDs that are supplied due to the various Software Bundles that we are entitled to, that we do not want in the z/OS global zone, but are tied to products we need in the z/OS global zone.  In order to deal with this, we have to run the receive, then  create dummy usermods to delete the unwanted FMIDs at a later step.  This creates a lot of extra work.

The request is to be able to selectively order, or at least download, only the FMIDs that are required.
