DB2 transaction CONNECT_NAME and CONNECT_SYS_TYPE

Please add to all tables that store DB2 transaction information in the "DB2" & "Analytics - DB2" components, columns for connection type and connection name, populated from SMF 101 record fields QWHCATYP and QWHCCN (respectively).

We have custom columns CONNECT_SYS_TYPE and CONNECT_NAME manually added to the following tables:
DB2_USER_TRAN_D
DB2_USER_TRAN_H
DB2_USER_TRAN_W
DB2_TRANSACTION_D
A_DB2_USERTRAN_I

If IBM implements these columns we will no longer need to manually maintain the update & table definitions for these columns.

DB2_USER_TRAN_H and A_DB2_USERTRAN_I are populated from the SMF 101 records, the rest of the tables pull from DB2_USER_TRAN_H.

We will look to incorporate this into a future update for DB2 resources
