Allow for customer specific RACF groups to manage product administration

It is required as a security standard, that groups that are equal to schema of the tables cannot have any users connected to it, as by that, every user in the group becomes the owner of the table and can not only modify data but also drop the table for example. This is a long existing standard in DB2.

Therefore customer sites have specific naming standards for RACF groups inorder to assist with ownership/approval in customer specific workflows.

With the hardcoded group names currently implemented in the product it is not possible to change them to customer specific naming standards.
