Support for cAdvisor and Node-exporter to report performance statistics of ZCX and the containers running in the ZCX instance.

We are using ZCX at at a client site. We want to have a performance dashboard about ZCX and the containers running in the ZCX instance. Because we have a license for CDP the idea was raised to see if we can create such a dashboard with the combination of cAdvisor, Node-exporter and IBM Z Operational Log and Data Analytics.

We understood from our IBM representative that this is an interesting idea and an architect was willing to investigate the possibilities. So therefor we are creating this idea.
